Funny how love is

It seems to me that there's always one that loves more than the other.  But as time goes on and years rack up this changes and it ends up the other way .  Not saying that it doesn't ever even out, it can, and does.  It's just something I happened to notice along my way through life and love.  It's my job to pay attention to the people around me.  To know them well.  To have a sense of them maybe other people miss.    

Love is a rather funny thing.  You can't help really who your heart really loves.    And that can cause you terrible pain during your life if you're with someone other than the person your heart is longing to be with.   Maybe this person is a total jerk.  Maybe the person your are with is nice and kind. But your heart is wrapped up with loving the jerk.  Gut and heart clash big time when this happens.
